As concerns about the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 increase, we wanted you to know what we are doing to care for both our employees and customers during this time.

Our plan is as follows:

Working remotely, connecting digitally: Our team is continuing to work normal business hours and has the resources and tools they need to do their jobs remotely. We are hustling from home and here to support you with the best-in-class service you’ve come to expect.

Shipping: is a marketplace that connects with a number of hand-picked suppliers from all over the world. Because of this, shipping times may take longer than normal.

Packages: We understand there has been expressed concerns around packages being shipped internationally being unsafe. CDC states "In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is a very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods."

In addition, postal service say they are disinfecting all of its post offices, processing centers and vehicles as a health precaution.
